I am able to bill other insurance plans as an out-of-network provider.
Checking your Insurance Benefits
I recommend contacting your insurance company to verify your mental health benefits and whether I am covered under your insurance. I also suggest verifying your co-pay amount and whether you have a deductible so you can determine your out of pocket costs. If I am out of network, I suggest asking what percentage of my services your plan covers and what percentage is your responsibility.
Private Pay
Self-pay is an option if you do not have health insurance or do not want to use your health insurance for counseling. Please ask about a "time of service" discount if you do not intend to use insurance.
Fees
Your insurance will be billed directly for you. Your portion of the payment is collected each session.
Rates:
Initial assessment: $185
Individual sessions: $165
Ask about "time of service" discount for private pay.
