I am able to bill other insurance plans as an out-of-network provider.  I can provide you with a superbly, which you can then submit to your insurance provider for reimbursement.

Checking your Insurance Benefits

I recommend contacting your insurance company to verify your mental health benefits and whether I am covered under your insurance.  I also suggest verifying your co-pay amount and whether you have a deductible so you can determine your out of pocket costs.  If I am out of network, I suggest asking what percentage of my services your plan covers and what percentage is your responsibility.
